Lily comes with more than twenty-five years of religious education experience with nine of those years specializing as a Unitarian Universalist interim religious educator. She brings demonstrated leadership in cultivating environments of welcome, safety, service and shared leadership. She is one of the facilitators of the Professional Interim Training sponsored by the Unitarian Universalist Association and a teacher for the course Adaptive Leadership in Uncommon Times, offered by the Guild of Interim Religious Educators.
In addition to congregational work she has served in leadership roles for the Liberal Religious Educators Association and for religious education conferences at Star Island and Ferry Beach. She is a member of the Diverse Revolutionary Unitarian Universalist Multicultural Ministries (DRUUMM) and the Asian/Pacific Islander Caucus Group, and has helped congregations in their efforts to affirm their commitment to diversity and inclusion.
